Our eel is grilled with our special sauce, which has been used sicen we were established in 1926. Our dishes are made to order. We use a traditional charcoal stove called a Shichirin to grill eel. When cooked using a Shchirin, the eel won't be greasy and it will have a soft, fluffy texture.
