We are an Edo-style sushi restaurant. We prepare sushi fish using special methods from the Edo period, maintaining Edo sushi tradition. Befoe World War II, our restaurant was a food cart style, but now we are a fixed-location traditional Japanese restaurant. Yet, we keep the old days atmosphere. Please come and enjoy "the good old days."
