Tofu

Almost 100 years old, we are a 3rd generation Tofu specialty store. In the 8th century, tofu was brought to Japan from China, along with Buddhism. Since then, Japanese have loved Tofu. We use only Japanese produced soybeans and keep the traditional methods of Tofu making. Our "Oboro tofu" is popular because of its rich flovor.
